Her name is Aleera.

She was an one of the blessed angels in heaven, but she was not satisfied and happy. Because what she wanted is to give love to others who needs it.
And due to her wish, she begged God and descended from heaven. Looking for someone whom she may share the love she carries from heavens above.

The character's appearance were based from Boa Hancock, Nico Robin, and Hinata.
originally inspired from Romeo and Juliet.

The hair looks like a wig. haha! and the background sux heavenly.?!
had to trace the lines and got lazy with the wings. haha!

the only part that I noticed thaT you used SAI on this is the HAIR fufufu.. you can't do such thing in photoshop in such a short time XDXD unless kung malufet ka XDXD
